Tofu
Dressing


This recipe works as a great salad dressing. If you use a firmer tofu it can be used as a dip. Click on an Image to Enlarge It

Ingredients:

1 block soft tofu
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, crushed
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Drain and rinse the tofu and place it in a blender or food processor with the remaining ingredients. Process on high until smooth.

Note: Nutritional yeast is available in health food stores. It has a yellow color and a cheese-like flavor.




Place the ingredients in the blender.


Enjoy on a fresh salad.
