Pour the slurry into a pot and heat on the stove to the boiling point.

Stir frequently as it will have a tendancy to scorch.

Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat and keep it on a low boil for 15-20 minutes.

The purpose of the boil is to break down the trypsin inhibiting enzyme that prevents the absorption of the soy protein during the digestive process.
